Blade and Bone
Blade and Bone is a Horsham based independent butchery, established in 2022. They source and supply local beef, lamb and pork. All their sausages and burgers are made fresh in house. They specialise in dry-age steaks, using their in-house facilities in Horsham.
Sustainability is important to Blade and Bone, they don't source anything from abroad and they keep food miles down by supporting local farms and abattoirs.
The Cheese Man
The Cheese Man, a local family run cheese specialist company founded in 1995, are passionate about cheeses and fine foods.
Mindful of how important food miles and environmental issues are to their customers, they are working closely with local cheese makers and raising local awareness of quality cheeses and other gourmet products from the surrounding areas.
Holmbush Flowers
Holmbush Flowers started off as an idea between two green-fingered sisters. They shared a passion for growing, arranging, and selling flowers.
They're based on a working farm right at the heart of Holmbush Farm, set among rolling fields and woodlands and situated within the beautiful Sussex countryside.
The farm is ideally situated just outside Horsham and a few miles from Pease Pottage.
They grow a selection of highly sought-after flowers which are not easily sourced elsewhere, be it annuals, fragrant herbs, delicate sweet peas, roses and their house favourite dahlias.
During the winter the team is also dedicated to their indoor house plants.
Sisters Susan and Martha believe in a holistic approach to gardening, taking the leap into flower farming/floristry 2 years ago. With the aim of spreading their love of gardening. The team hopes Holmbush flowers will enhance life by bringing beauty to ordinary life and help celebrate once in a lifetime moments.
