Community events
The Woodgate Committee organise events throughout the year to help raise funds to support the running of the shop and engage the community. Past events have included carols on The Green at Christmas, a Jubilee Celebration picnic and a Halloween treasure hunt and pumpkin carving competition.
The committee also organise an annual summer fair that is held on the Green. The first one took place in 2021. The fair invites local businesses to have a stall for the afternoon selling their products and produce. Some of these stalls will also be stocked within the shop.
Events will also take place within the Hub with the permission of St Catherine's Hospice. Please keep an eye on the events list below.
